Networking: Meet the right people
As a member, your organization will be able to establish business ties and foster relationships with key decision makers and maintain linkages with the companies, technologists, regional governments and researchers in the field of content protection. Your organization will also be invited to attend CCP hosted conferences, seminars and training forums at special prices.

Information & Knowledge: Keep informed of developments
The CCP will provide your organization with necessary, important and up-to-date resources and information regarding content protection in Asia-Pacific. This may come in the form of reference materials, technical briefs and mailers, among others. A Directory of Members will be highlighted on the Website.

Representation: Promote your organization
The CCP will help your organization highlight relevant technologies on the CCP website and events and distribute technology and contact information through the CCP mailing lists.

Collaboration: Work with your industry
The CCP will act as a catalyst in facilitating the promotion of your industry’s achievements and growth; participation in standards committees and drafting of guidelines; and more importantly, the discussion of salient policy issues in an age of increasingly converging media. New technologies could be introduced to content producers in Hollywood and elsewhere.

Assistance Engagement
Your organization will be able to contribute to the development of the CCP and content protection in Asia-Pacific, by proposing new seminars and projects as well as standards guidelines. The CCP may direct you to specific contacts in the industry, be it government or private entities. The CCP may also lend assistance on technical issues (depending on the level of complexity and time requirements).

 

 

Nominee Members of a Corporate member company are entitled to discounts or subsidies on CCP organised events and publications. Only members may highlight their technologies on our website (Subject to approval).

 

Primary Advisory Committee members pay US$ 15,000 to support CCP goals and projects. There is a maximum of 15 PAC members.

 

Organisations that meet the specified criteria may submit membership applications on a form available from the CCP Office.

Completed applications should be sent to the CCP office, via fax or through email. Upon acceptance of your application, your organisation will be invoiced for the yearly subscription and your membership will become effective from the date of receipt of the first subscription payment. In the second year of your membership, you will be invoiced a pro-rata amount that takes your membership up to the end of that current financial year (31 December). From the third year onwards, your subscription will be payable each financial year (1 Jan – 31 December).
